David Nicoll leads the firm in Rugby and West Northamptonshire. He completed his degree in accountancy in Birmingham and trained with a medium-sized firm of Chartered Accountants - providing a wide range of audit, accountancy, taxation, bookkeeping and training services for small, medium and large clients across the UK. He spent a number of years in practice before moving to teach on professional courses and worked with one of the UK’s leading accountancy training companies.


Alongside this, David developed his business expertise helping a wide range of companies grow - from new business start-ups all the way through to London Stock Exchange listed public companies. As a CerTax accountant and tax adviser, David has returned to his core passion - providing a complete range of business solutions with an absolute commitment to personal service.

As well as being a fully qualified Fellow of the Institute of Financial Accountants, David Nicoll is also a Chartered Marketer, a licensed trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a founding member of the International Association of Coaches, a full Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
